Adding & Updating Records
Adding records to this database is easy. Just follow the outline below and fill in the appropriate lines with the information you have. The record will be added at the next regular update (usually once a month). Give your full name if you would like to be added to the contributors section. If the information is for an update, please start the listing with update in all caps, then fill in the information not currently contained in the database. If you would like to contribute graphics, they must fit the following format:
All graphics must be at least 350 x 350 pixels, 256 color and in jpg, bmp or gif format. They should be cropped to show just the image with no white area (or black if it is a record label scan).
Here is the record update outline (all artist names must be first name last name):

Notes (numbered, vinyl color, etc):

Copy this file to your word processor, fill in the info, email it to us and the rest will be taken care of. In the near future, updates will be done directly from the web page, but this is still a few months away. Until then, this will be the accepted method.
